I have just dined on half a Cornish game hen roasted with thyme, rosemary, butter, and some vegetables. The bird was juicy and flavoursome, and the meal was washed down with some warm milk sweetened with homemade pear brandy. Needless to say, dinner has sent me into a stupor and greatly reduced my capacity for thought.

Someone just reviewed my fic Two Kings and asked if it had any relation to this fanart. The more I look at it the more I freak out because it’s so similar. I mean even Charles’ scarf, the tilting of the chess piece and the hand reaching out are similar…
